Stationary Gas Engine Oil SAE 40
Product Description
Stationary gas engine oil SAE 40 is formulated with hydrocracked base oil and a low-ash additive technology to provide excellent oxidation and nitrification resistance, extend the life of the oil and filter, and provide excellent wear protection, especially for many four-stroke natural gas and dual-fuel engines requiring lubrication with low-ash oil.
• Packaging: 18L, 200L
• Customized packaging available upon request.
Specifications and Approvals
- • API CF
- • Caterpillar 3300, 3400, 3500, 3600
- • Waukesha 3521GSI, 7044GSI
- • Cummins QSV 81G, QSK 60G
Performance Benefits
-
• Extends the life of oil productsInhibits oxidation, nitration, increased viscosity and formation of harmful acidic substances and reduce the formation of sludge that causes oil thickening and filter clogging.
-
• Engine protectionProvides sediment control and piston cleaning for engines with a low-ash and phosphorus formula that effectively extends valve and spark plug life while being compatible with tailpipe treatment catalysts.
-
• Reduces maintenance costsExcellent oxidation resistance and the ability to disperse soot reduce sludge formation and thus effectively prevent filter clogging, cylinder head carbon accumulation and abrasive polishing wear and oil thickening.
-
• System efficiencyIt can effectively avoid cylinder knocking and ensure the efficient operation of the engine at full load. Its viscosity control can minimize the friction loss of the engine and provide excellent cleaning for the waste heat boiler, turbocharger and intercooler, to ensure the continuous excellent performance and efficient operation of the system.
Applications
Gas Engine Oil SAE 40 is suitable for stationary high-speed and medium-speed four-stroke spark plug ignition engines burning natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), including those with fixed dual-fuel pilot injection (pre-injection).
