Performance Benefits
-
• Superior Oxidation ResistanceFormulated with high-quality hydrotreated base oil and ashless high-performance additives, it effectively extends service life, reduces the formation of corrosive acids and sludge, and lowers operating costs.
-
• Excellent Foam Resistance and Air Release Abilitywith outstanding foam resistance and rapid air release, it significantly reduces pump cavitation, excessive wear, and premature oil oxidation, thereby enhancing system reliability.
-
• Outstanding Water Separation PerformanceExcess water in steam turbines can be quickly drained, minimizing component corrosion and early wear while significantly reducing the risk of unplanned maintenance.
-
• Exceptional Rust and Corrosion ProtectionEven in humid or water-contaminated environments, the oil prevents rust and corrosion during operation or extended shutdowns, ensuring optimal component protection and minimizing maintenance costs
Applications
Turbine Oil L-TSA 32#/46#/68# is ideal for industrial steam turbines and light-duty gas turbines that do not require enhanced anti-wear performance for gearboxes. It is also suitable for the lubrication of hydraulic turbines and can be used in light-duty gas turbines, industrial drives, marine propulsion systems, and control systems for both lubrication and sealing.
